The legal basis for management of the data provided via this homepage is Article 5 (1) a) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (hereinafter: the Act), i.e. consent by the data subject, that is the provision of data is voluntary.
In the course of data management, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy, completeness and – insofar as required for the data management objective – the up-to-dateness of the data, and to ensure that the data subject can only be identified for the period of time necessary to meet the data management objective.
Personal data can only be managed if the data subject consents or if such management is ordered, on the basis of a law or – as authorised by law and in accordance with the scope set forth therein – on the basis of a local government decree for objectives stemming from public interest.
Personal data may be managed if obtaining the consent of the data subject is not possible or would involve disproportionate expenses and management of the personal data is necessary for discharging the data manager’s legal obligations, or necessary for enforcing the justified interests of the data manager or third parties, and enforcement of said interests are proportionate to the limitation of the rights to the protection of personal data. If the data subject is unable to consent, due to incapacitation or other unavoidable cause, the personal data of the subject may be managed for the period when the provision of consent is obstructed, to the extent necessary to protect the vital interests of the subject or other persons or to eliminate or prevent direct danger to the life, physical integrity or the material goods of the persons.
The consent or retroactive approval of the legal representative is not necessary for the enforcement of the legal declaration containing the consent of data subjects older than the age of 16.

The data management pertains exclusively to natural or legal persons and organisations without legal personality, who or which voluntarily register for the newsletter service using this homepage, or who or which voluntarily provide their data for the purposes of ordering, purchasing or advance ordering.
For orders, purchases and advance orders as set forth in Points 5 a) and b), the objective of data management is to simplify customer relations between the data manager and data subjects, and to ensure the ability to perform contracts concluded between these parties.
The objective of data management in respect of Point 5 c) is the provision of information on new products, special offers, changes in data, etc.
Data management shall continue until the data subject requests deletion of the data, or, in respect of the newsletter service, until said party unsubscribes from the service. Invoice prepared for purchases containing the information provided by the customer and recorded during the course of registration are stored for the period of time stipulated in the Hungarian accounting act.
The data manager may not forward the data provided by the party whose data is managed to third persons; such data may only be used by the data manager and the data processing party, and in respect of orders, purchases and advance orders by the service provide selected by the ordering or advance ordering party for delivery, to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract (name, address).
This restriction shall not apply to data provision permitted or required by law.
The data manager may only refuse to inform the subject in the cases set forth in Article 9 (1) and Article 19 of the Act.
In the interests of informing affected parties, the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority shall maintain a register on the data manager’s management of personal data (hereinafter: data protection register). The Authority shall not maintain a data protection register in respect of the data management set forth in Article 65 (3) of the Act.
